William “Ted” Wickline, 67, of South Solon, died Sunday, August 2, 2020 in his residence.
Born September 6, 1952 in Columbus; he was a son of William E. and Jo Elmo (Boggs) Wickline.
Ted retired as an excavator from Trucco. Ted was an avid Buckeye fan and was an excellent bowler. He was also well known for his landscaping endeavors which can be seen throughout the Madison County area.
Survivors include his children Heather (David) Miller, William “Billy” (Angie) Wickline, Jessie (Jesse) Bevington and Jennie (Terrance) Mahoney; grandchildren Gage, Adryen, Brandon, Michael, Jordan, Nevaeh, Jeslyn, Jace, Jaycie Jo, Jenzley, Jersie, Connor and Jaxson; brother Richard “Dick” (Joni) Wickline, sister Deborah (Tim) Thornburg, sister in law Theresa Wickline, several nieces and nephews, his companion Cathy Myers, as well as lifelong other significant Brenda Stevenson (Wickline).
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Mark and Thomas Wickline.
A Celebration of Ted’s life will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 9, 2020 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 PM until time of services.
