TAYLOR
William “Bill” Taylor, 84, of London, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the Ohio State University hospital. Born in Columbus, Ohio on September 20, 1935, he lived most of his life in the London, Ohio area, being raised by Helen Salyers.
Bill was a self-governing man who enjoyed the automotive repair vocation. He worked most of his entire life in the automotive and diesel repair industry. Even in his spare time, he enjoyed helping family and friends with their automotive and mechanical struggles. In addition, he also enjoyed collecting antique electronics, playing computer games, and gardening.
Bill is survived by his sons Chip (Kathy) Taylor, Tim (Candy) Taylor, Mark (Beth) Taylor, Matt (Jackie) Taylor, Tracy (Rachel) Taylor and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Bill was a caring father, husband, grandfather and friend to all. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Irma Jean Taylor in 2012 and a son Martin Theodore Taylor.
Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London, Ohio, on Tuesday, February 18th. Funeral service will follow at 12:30 PM, with Deacon Dan Hann officiating. Bill will be laid to rest at the St. Patrick Cemetery in London. Memorial donations may be made directly to the funeral home.
