VEELEY
Thomas L. Veeley, 75, of West Jefferson, died Saturday, February 29, 2020 in Doctors Hospital, Columbus.
Born February 27, 1945 in Columbus, Indiana; he was a son of Joseph and Estelle (Owens) Veeley.
Tom was the owner/operator of Air Control, Inc. A Sergeant in the US Air Force; he was also a Kentucky Colonel and was an avid car enthusiast.
Survivors include his wife Patty (Carman) Veeley; daughter and son in law Lori and Ken Bernard; son Tommy Veeley (Keri Putney); grandchildren Sarah (Chris), Emily, Katie (Greg), Sonny, Kieran, Ryan and Nicholas; and great-granddaughter Katheryn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and very special aunt and uncle Martin and Betty Scott.
A memorial service will be held on March 6th, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the First Baptist Church of West Jefferson with Pastor Darrel Schick officiating. Friends may call at the church from 5:30 PM until time of service.
