COX
Thomas Leroy Cox, 74, of London, died Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in his residence.
Born June 7, 1947, he was a son of Austin William and Mary Irene (Burns) Cox.
A US Marine Corps veteran, Tom had worked for Westinghouse. Later he worked as a truck driver, sign installer, private investigator and most recently in security at Restoration Hardware. He also was an avid baseball fan, coaching little league baseball for many years with the LABC and Plain City baseball leagues.
Survivors include his wife Sonya (Allen) Cox; son Tom (Valerie) Cox; grandson Alex (Jessica) Cox; brother Roger Cox, sister Virginia (Sid) Edwards, sister-in-law Linda Cox; many nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and step-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Butch Cox and sister-in-law Rose Cox.
Public services will not be observed per Tom’s wishes.
