Mabel Warnock Obituary

WARNOCK

Mabel Heimer Warnock of Tucson Arizona passed away at Kozy Gardens ALF on 30 January 2021.

Mabel was born on November 18, 1927 the daughter of Carl Philip and Marina De La Cotera Heimer. She married the true love of her life, Harry E. Warnock on May 16, 1946. Out of this union, they had four children, Elizabeth Ann, Marion Jane, William O’Bradley, and Jesse James.

 She was seen as a mentor and at times a substitute mother by her siblings Axel (Delia) Heimer (deceased), Hazel (John) Eichholtz (deceased), Edwin (Maria deceased) Heimer, Edgar (Maria) Heimer, Karl (Jeannette) Heimer, Shirley (Larry) Hill, and Astrid (John) Tuttle.

 Mabel worked for 53 years as a nurse, starting out at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Hospital and ending her career at Arbors West Nursing home in West Jefferson Ohio. She loved the Nursing field and truly touched the lives of everyone she encountered.

 Mabel considered her family the greatest gift that God could give to her and spent many hours working to ensure that her children could enjoy some of the pleasures that life could give. Mabel always looked for the good in someone, even if others could see nothing but faults.

 We are and will always be proud to tell everyone that she was our mother, we are just sorry that we could not enjoy more years of her company. Mother often had a saying that we will always remember, when asked “How you are doing mom?”  she would respond, “Well I’m still kicking, not high but still kicking”. Mom will be missed greatly by her multitude of grandchildren and great grandchildren, all whose lives she touched.

 Mabel is preceded in death by her husband and our father Harry, son Jesse, grandchild Jesse Jr., brother Axel and sister Hazel, niece’s Carol Eichholtz, Linda Harrel, Nancy Eichholtz, John Eichholtz, David Eichholtz, and Son-in-laws Roy Davis and Paul Henney. May they all welcome Mom to God’s wonderful home, we are sure it will be a reception that the entire heavenly host will revere.

 We would ask that everyone who’s life she touched bow your heads and give a small prayer for her passing, fear not she is in a much better place and will continue to shower each and every one with God’s grace.

There will be a small service at Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home, 103 N. Main Street, London, Ohio starting at 9 AM on 7 February 2021, which will be officiated by the Reverend Karl Heimer (Virtually), followed by her internment at Warnock Cemetery, KY, where her body will finally be laid in rest by her beloved husband, my father, Harry.

Good Bye Mom and may you enjoy God’s Grace Forever!!

WE LOVE and MISS YOU;

Pumpkin (Elizabeth), Cookie (Marion), and William (Billy)
