LaDonna Mae (Hughes) Brown

            LaDonna Mae Brown, 90, of London, died Monday, January 17, 2022, in Sisters on Elm, London.

            Born June 11, 1931, in Madison County; she was a daughter of Walter and Emily V. (Brill) Hughes.

            LaDonna had worked for State Farm Insurance for approximately 20 years, was a former volunteer with the Madison County Home Health and Hospice, a member of the Madison County Historical Society and the International Brick Collector’s Club. She had also been a member of the former Brighton and Summerford United Methodist Churches.

            Survivors include her sons and daughter in law David and Karen Brown and Gary and Ruth Brown all of London; grandchildren Brian Goody, Travis Brown, Terry Bauerle and David Bauerle; great-grandchildren Branden and Abby Goody and Braxton and Cooper Brown and Mandalyn Cleemput; sisters Nina Rostofer of WI, Linda Peart of AL, and Diane Richards of New Albany; several nieces and nephews.

            She was preceded in death by her husband John Brown and sister Grace Toops.

            Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
