CORSON
John A. Corson, 90, of London, died Thursday, March 11, 2021 in his residence.
Born May 4, 1930 in London; he was a son of Alva “Doc” and Iva (Herdman) Corson.
John A. had worked and retired from BCI in 1985 and was also a licensed insurance agent for 19 years. A US Navy veteran, he belonged to Madison Memorial Post, #105, American Legion and was a longtime member of the Lincoln Continental Club.
Survivors include his wife Catherine “Katie” Corson; sons Duane O. (Mary Jane) Corson and Bryan A. Corson; grandchildren Angela Corson, Mallory (Brian) Popovich, Daniel Corson, Nathan Corson and Sloan Corson; great-grandchildren Briana Popovich and Maxwell Popovich; niece Sharon (Archie) Armentrout.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ted Corson. A celebration of John’s life will be held at a date to be determined.
Public visitation and funeral services will not be observed due to Covid-19.
