HELTON
Joan Teresa Helton, died on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Four Season Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington Court House, Ohio.
Mrs. Helton was 85 years old, lived previously in West Jefferson, Ohio before residing at Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington Court House.
Born in Queens, NY the daughter of Douglas Everett and Mary Player, she lived in Inwood, Long Island where she met and married in 1958 Carl Helton who was from Middletown, Ohio. Together they had three children John D., Brenda G. and Carl A. Helton.
She is survived by her brother Charles D. Player of Michigan, two sons and three grandchildren Justin, Adam and Allison Helton of Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Sunday, December 26, 2021, in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 PM Sunday. As to her wish, she will be cremated as an alternative to burial interment following the service.
