CAIN
Jimmy Lee Cain, born January 19, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio; went to be home with the Lord on November 23, 2020 at 12:39 AM at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years Gaynell Cain; children Jamie (Mike) Weisman of London, Jody (David) Miller of London, Christine (Curtis) Moore of Chillicothe, MO and David (Trina) Palmer of London; grandchildren Whiteny, Derek, Paige, Bishop, Brooklyn, Shyanne, Keaton, Avery and Elias; many great grandkids; brothers and sister George (Vicki) Cain of London, Kenny (Sunshine) Cain of FL and Marcia “Candy” (Harold) Trimble of Delbarton, WV; many nieces and nephews and his longtime best friend Leonard Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his dad, mom, two brothers, a sister and many aunts and uncles.
A faithful member of the First Church of the Open Bible in Springfield, where he served as a church trustee; Jimmy loved hunting, fishing, camping, his family-especially his grandkids and great-grandkids.
For 25 years, he worked for Sims Construction before working and retiring from the Madison County Engineers Office after 20 years.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 27, 2020 in the EBERLE-FISHER HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Pastor James Ballard officiating. Interment will follow in Kirkwood Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 AM until time of service Friday.
