Jeffrey Lynn Stoughton, 53, died Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Hamilton, Ohio.

Born August 16, 1968, in London, Ohio.

Jeff graduated from Ohio University and was a member of the Air National Guard at the Rickenbacker Air Force Base. He worked in the mortgage business for twenty years before retiring. He was a loving husband and father. He valued the time he spent coaching and playing sports with his children. He was a huge sports fan, specifically he enjoyed supporting the Cincinnati Reds. He is known by friends and family for his grilling skills, daily cornhole games, and straight forwardness.

Survivors include his wife of 24 years Kathleen (Ryan) Stoughton, daughters Abigail and Danielle, son Kyle; parents Lynn and Sandy; brother Brian (Kelly) Stoughton, nephews Ben and Colby, father and mother-in-law Jack and Diane Ryan, several aunts, uncles, cousins and in laws.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Juanita Dorn and Estle and Marge Stoughton.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in the Sedalia Presbyterian Church with Pastor Sue McClelland officiating. Interment will follow in Range Township Cemetery, Sedalia. Friends may call at the church from 10 AM-11 AM.
