Fred McClaskie, Jr.

Fred McClaskie, Jr, 91, of London, Ohio, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 at The Madison Senior Living Community.

Born in Sedalia, Ohio, on July 16, 1927, he was the son of Fred and Kit (Katherine Pierce) McClaskie. Fred graduated from Sedalia High School where he enjoyed several sports. He was employed for many years selling John Deere farm equipment and, later, Case I-H.

He is survived by children, Christine Johnson and Stephen McClaskie; granddaughter Deedee Roseberry; several great-grandchildren. At the time of his passing he was survived by brother Edward McClaskie. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring staff at The Madison Senior Living Community, the Madison Senior Center,  and special friends Bill (Marge) Hubbard and Pastor Dwain (Ruth) Hill for their caring and support.           

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 65 years Patricia, sister, Rachel Harrison, granddaughter Nicole Roseberry, niece, Lynn Harrison.
