BAKER
Donald “Donnie” Eugene Baker, 65, of London, died Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in the James Cancer Hospital, Columbus.
Born August 16, 1958, in Springfield, he was a son of John Wesley “Jack” Baker, Jr., and Norma Jean (Rutherford) Baker.
A 1976 graduate of London High School, Donnie went on to spend his career working in construction. He loved watching the Cincinnati Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
He leaves behind Grandchildren: Harley Cave, Jared Cave, Peyton Cave, Jessica Cave, Brayden Cave, and Riley Colwell; Great-grandchildren: Jordyn, Karson, Jaydyn and Jace; Sister Brenda (Greg) Michael; Nieces Michelle and Tamara, Nephew Marvin Gage Miller; numerous cousins.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents; Infant Sister Sue Ellen Baker; Sister Beverly Sue Gilbert, Brother Marvin Baker; Lifelong Companion Celia Cave; Grandson David Phillip Cave; Aunt Ellen Rutherford.
Per Donnie’s wishes there will be no public visitation. He will be interred with his family in Kirkwood Cemetery, London.
