PARKER
Diana E. “Sue” Parker, 72, of London died Wednesday, March 31, 2021 in her residence.
Born April 26, 1948 in London, she was a daughter of William and Lucille (Evans) Carpenter.
Diana was a former teacher at Trinity Christian Academy and attended the Pentecostal Church of Christ in London, where she was a Sunday School teacher and assisted with the bus ministry of the church.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years Charles W. Parker; daughter Charma Parker, son Douglas (Shannon) Parker both of Tennessee; grandsons Ross Schwartz, Nathaniel Parker and Jayston Parker; sister Linda (Roy) Weese of Point Pleasant; several nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Betty Carpenter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Charles Schwartz, brothers James and David Carpenter, sisters Dixie Puckett and Sandy Alexander.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Reverend Richard Blevins officiating. Interment will follow in Kirkwood Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-7 PM Monday.
