            Cindy Tereina (Shekerko) Stevens, 65, of London, died Friday April 29, 2022, in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

            Born April 7, 1957, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of Joseph and Wahneta (Harvey) Shekerko.

            Cindy is survived by her husband of 26 years Terry Stevens; children Kelliegh Stewart and Ashley (Jamie) Sinclair; grandchildren Jason, Andy, Ellie, and Ruthie; siblings Herb Shekerko of Oakland, California and Wahneta Shekerko Kizzer of Lorain, Ohio; brothers-in-law Charles (Melinda) Stevens and Rick (Betty) Rogers; a host of nieces and nephews; special friend Roger Wilson; and her fur friends Toby and Cuddles.

            She is preceded in death by her parents, infant brother, Joseph James Shekerko, siblings Joseph James Shekerko II, Darla (Shekerko) Thomas, Jane (Shekerko) Howard, Harvey Shekerko, Robert Shekerko, Margaret Ann Underwood, and John “Bud” Underwood.

            A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, with Pastor Tyrone Artis officiating. Friends may call the funeral home from 5:00 PM until the time of services.

            In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials in Cindy’s name be sent to the Madison County Humane Society, 2020 State Route 142 NE West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.
