Beverly Ann Lewis, 78, of London, died Monday, April 20, 2020 in her residence.
Born May 4, 1941 in Poland, Ohio; she was a daughter of Hugh and Helen (Adams) Black.
A medical assistant for most of her career; Beverly was an avid bingo player and attended Crossroads Baptist Church; but her life was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her children Richard (Bonnie) Lewis, Pam (Roy) Fenske, Bill (Brenda) Lewis, Ray (Jill) Lewis, Jim (Sandy) Lewis, Tom Lewis and Kevin Lewis; daughter in law Jennifer Lewis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Peggy Aeppli; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Lewis, her parents and 11 brothers and sisters.
According to Beverly’s wishes, she was cremated and there will not be any services.
The family suggests memorials in Beverly’s name be made to either St. Jude’s Hospital or the American Diabetes Association.
