Obituary

WALLACE Worthy "Red" Wallace, 70 of London died July 12, 2016 in Springfield. Born July 6, 1946 in South Vienna; he was a son of Wayne and Mary Jane (Downing) Wallace. A former farmer, Worthy had been in construction most of his life and had served in the US Navy during Vietnam. He was also a member of the West Jefferson VFW. Survivors include his wife of 45 years Brenda (Shope) Wallace; daughter Paula Molen, son Greg Wallace; grandchildren Cheyenne (TJ) Allshouse, Sierra (Derek) Youngpeter, Tim Wallace, Daniel Wallace, Hayley Molen and Dylan Wallace; great-grandchildren Macie Maxel and Wyatt Allshouse; brother Ronald (Jean) Wallace, uncle Harry Lee (Patty) Downing, sister in law Jane Rouch and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant sisters and a daughter Holly Wallace Elfrink. Funeral services will be held at 7 PM Friday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-7 PM Friday. The family suggests donations to a favorite charity or the OSU Hematology/Oncology Dept.
