RAUB

William A. Raub, 75, of London died Thursday, June 17, 2021 in his residence.

Born June 6, 1946 in Madison County, he was the son of Marion A. and Mildred (Karnes) Raub.

A US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, Bill had started his working career as a lineman for Ohio Bell. He then became a self-employed electrical contractor, worked for Orient Correctional and retired as an electrician at Madison Correctional. He was an avid fisherman.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years Connie (Plummer) Raub, daughter and son in law Mindy Sue (Mouhand) Etayam, son and daughter in law Jason Aaron (Angele) Raub; his eight grandchildren whom he adored Aurora, Nijmah, Ahmad, Yasean, Dakhel, Sage, Machi and Tristiana; sister-in-law Joyce Raub, several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jack and Robert Raub.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon until time of services.
