HARPER

William H. "Bill" Harper, 71, of London died Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in Mt. Carmel Hospital, Grove City, Ohio.

Born February 15, 1948 in Vinton County; he was a son of Harold William and Margaret (Speakman) Harper.

Bill was a well-known water hauler in Madison County for over 35 years.

Survivors include his daughters Amber Harper and Heidi Hardin (Daniel White); grandchildren Taylor Hardin, Trevor Hardin, Tara Nagel, Dallas White and Jaxon White; brothers and sisters Betty Hopkins, Elsie Snyder, Carolyn Redding, Susie (John) Lindig, Vicky (Ken) Johnson, Martha (Russ) Cutlip, Jahn "Sam" (Judy) Harper, Rose Harper (Chad Stedding) and Danny (Tonya) Harper; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy in 2017, sisters Evelyn and Jennie and brother Carl.
