CRAIN William H. "Bill" Crain, 72, of South Vienna, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.Born November 19, 1944 in Urbana; he was a son to Christian and Matilda "Tillie" (Castle) Crain. Bill had been married to Judy Mae (Sparks) Crain for 46 years before her death in 2011 and he retired from Forward Trucking Service after working for 43 years as a truck driver.Survived by daughters Lori Crain and Lisa Crain (Terry Tolle); grandchildren Robyn (Anthony) Miller, Michael Crain, Billy Boysel, and Zachary "Zach" Boysel; great granddaughter Lilie Mae; sisters Betty Downs of FL., Joyce Downs of Indian Lake and Jean Boyles of Bellefontaine; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his parents;wife Judy;brothers Tom and Jonathan Crain; brothers in law Joe Kearns and Richard Downs and sister in law Yvonne Crain. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, May 4, 2017 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Pastor Steven Bell officiating. Interment follows in Kirkwood Cemetery.
