ROGERS

Wesley Keith Rogers, 66, of Mount Sterling, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, in Corewell Health, Trenton, Michigan.

Born January 20, 1957, he was a son of Everett Rogers and Ruthanna (Bolinger) Rogers.

Professionally, Wes spent his career driving a truck for Five Aces Specialized Transport. He also formerly owned and operated Rogers Repair, where he worked on a variety of farm machinery. Wes was a work-a-holic through and through, and always fully devoted himself to whatever he put his mind to.

He leaves behind his loving fiancée Nancy Gilpen; five children: Allen (Kellie) Schaub, Elizabeth Rogers, Brian Mossbarger, Nathan Rogers (fiancée Taylor Elliott), and Shane (Leah) Mossbarger; grandchildren: Judy Schaub, Mary (Peter) Morris, Tori Schaub, Kaylee Mossbarger, Joy Murray (Dillon Eastwood), Peyton Hutslar, Huntyr Rogers, Emilie Mossbarger, Kami Mossbarger, Sophie Mossbarger, Adisyn Mossbarger, Sadie Mossbarger; great-grandchildren: Theo, Serenity, Michael, Nathan, Samuel, Evelyn, and Lily who is on the way; brother Paul (Marietta) Rogers; niece Rhawnie Rogers and nephew Jordan (Sandra) Rogers; great-nephew Kayden Rogers; many good friends including Brad Hayes and David Garen.

Wes was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, 43140. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in the funeral home beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kevin Behrer officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling.
