LEWIS Wesley "Wes" Adam Lewis, 33, of London was unexpectedly called home to Heaven Monday, November 18, 2013 in Madison County Hospital. Born September 8, 1980 in London; he was the son of Rebecca (Reynolds) and Jerry Lewis. A 1999 graduate of London High School, Wes was a great sports enthusiast and had worked at Kroger's for many years. Survivors include his mother and step father Becky and Kit Carson of South Vienna, father and step mother Jerry and Karen Lewis of South Solon, sisters Anita (Jeff) Kitchen and their children Cody and Wayne Kitchen all of Orient and Jaclyn Lewis of South Solon, step brother Jeremy Burton of Milford Center and step sister Jaime Massie and her children Dustin and Claytin Massie all of South Solon; maternal grandparents Howard and Lillie Reynolds of London, paternal grandmother Betty Dillard of South Charleston, step grandparents Robert and Wilma Carson of Centerburg and Bessie Jackson of Mt. Sterling; aunts and uncles Jerry (Terri) Reynolds and Edie (Randy) Stroup all of London, Karen (Dave) Deao of Arcanum, Bob (Martha) Lewis of Bloomingburg, Pat (Mike) Dillard of South Vienna, Rick (Debbie) Lewis of Centerburg and Jeff (Pam) Creamer of Springfield, many other step aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends from Madison County Mental Health and his Kroger Family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Fred Lewis and step grandfather David Jackson. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Friday in the First United Methodist Church of London with Rev. Steve Rodgers and Pastor Sue McClelland officiating. Friends may call at the church from 9 AM until time of service and again after the funeral from 1 PM-3 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
