ALLEN

Tressa Lynn Allen, 70, of London, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in Madison Health.

Born June 21, 1954, in Franklin County; she was a daughter of Wilfred "Bunk" and Josephine "Sis" (Cooper) Artis.

Lynn had worked for 25 years at the former Brillo/Purex/Dial Corporation in London. A longtime faithful member of the Fountain of Truth Ministries and the Greater Bethel Pentecostal Church of God, she also enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, crosswords, Relay for Life, going to softball games, but most of all her grandbabies.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years Marshall Allen; children Tiffany (Steve) Whiteside, Kerry (Nathan) Payne, Crista Whitelow, Thomas (Ashley) Whitelow, Kathy (Omar) Whitelow, Marshall (Asha) Cain, Christopher Cain, Darrell Cain, Marcel (Berenice) Allen and Demetri Allen; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings Connie Whitelow, Wilfred "Bunk" (Angie) Artis, Jr.  and Troy (Jennifer) Artis, aunts and uncles Raymond (Sandy) Cooper, Melvin (Linda) (Artis) Armstrong, Barbara Cooper, Flora Artis and Juanita Artis, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, aunts and uncles Bobby Cooper, Larry Cooper, Clarence Cooper, Renee Willis, Curtis Cooper, Dean Cooper, Elizabeth Jackson, Deloris Frye, Vivian Price, Rozella Cooper, Earl Artis, Richard Artis, Eunice Artis, Coralee Russell, Herman Artis, Vernon Artis and George Artis.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 31, 2025, in the Fountain of Truth Ministries,135 Maple Street, London. Interment will follow in Deercreek Township Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the church from 11 AM until the time of services Monday.

The family suggests memorials in Lynn's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.st.jude.org.
