HARRIS

Tobitha Lucille Harris, 87, of London, died Saturday, July 16, 2022, in London Health and Rehabilitation.

Born March 18, 1935, in Pike County, she was a daughter of Ralph and Bessie (Bird) Herman.

A member of St. Paul AME Church, Lucille had formerly worked for the Union 76 Truckstop, the China Lantern and the Red Brick Tavern.

Survivors include her children Tom (Judy) Harris, Minerva (Robert "Junior") Miller, Robert Theodore Harris, Audrey (Jerome) Frasier and Barbara Jackson; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Berthenia Herman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Emory Harris, Orville Harris, and Woodrow Miller; son Bunkie Harris; siblings Robert Herman, Emerson (Marzella) Herman, Ralph Herman, Audrey (Bud) Johnson, Lilly (Lawrence) Lowe, and Dorothy (Richard) Lowery; son-in-law Richard Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2022, in St. Paul AME, 11 West Center Street, London, with Pastors Melvyn Huguely and Sandie Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow in Carrs Run Cemetery, Beaver, Ohio.

Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 9:00 AM until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends that memorials in Lucille's name be sent to the St. Paul AME church.
