CRISLIP
With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Tammy Kathleen (Hall) Crislip at the age of 61. Tammy passed peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2026, in Miami Valley Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on May 12, 1965, in Portsmouth, Virginia, Tammy was a daughter of Lowell E. Hall and Coral Louise (Blum) Hall. Throughout her career, Tammy worked as a factory security guard before later dedicating her time to serving others through her work with the American Red Cross.
Above all, Tammy treasured time spent with her family. She married the love of her life, Jerry Crislip, in 1998, and together they built a life centered on love, family, and cherished memories. Tammy found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially relaxing at home and watching her favorite television shows. She also had a special love for animals, particularly dogs, who brought her happiness and a never-ending smile.
Even in passing, Tammy’s generosity continues to make a difference. As an eye donor, she gave the lasting gift of sight, reflecting her caring and selfless spirit that defined her life.
Left to cherish her memory include her adoring husband, Jerry Crislip; son Jerry B. Crislip and step-daughter Catherine Nicole (Jacob) Culwell; grandchildren: Arianna Faith Crislip and Maicee Lynn Culwell; siblings: Lowell Eugene (Renee) Hall, Tracy (William) Bailey, John (LeeAnn) Hall; cousin Shelley Blum who was like a sister to her; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Lowell and Coral and granddaughter Mariah Jade Culwell.
