McFANN Susan "Sue" Elaine Virts-McFann, 62 of London, entered into Eternal Life with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at The OSU Medical Center. Born February 18, 1953 in Springfield, Ohio, she is the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Inskeep) Virts, Jr. Sue was a lifelong member of Nation Chapel United Methodist Church where over the years she has held various important roles and dedicated countless hours of service. She was always helping others. When not at church, Susan could be found at Shear Success Beauty Salon where she worked as a hairdresser for many years. She loved making people look their best. Sue waits in heaven for her husband, son, and grandchildren along with her brothers as well as a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and cousins. Through the church Sue made many friends who cared for her. Susan was a dedicated wife to Robert "Bob", beloved mother to Jason and grand-mommy to Nathaniel Watts and Dana Katherine McFann. She is also survived by her siblings Robert (Kay) Virts of South Charleston, James (Erma) Virts of Tremont City, Steve (Jane) Virts, Terry (Regina) Virts of South Vienna and Thomas (Linda) Virts of Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents George (Elma) Virts, Sr., Leonard (Katherine) Inskeep, aunt Mary Ann Price and cousin Linda Virts. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1 PM Monday, November 16, 2015 in Nation Chapel United Methodist Church, 13730 Urbana-London Rd, (St. Rt. 56) Mechanicsburg, with Pastor Phil Rode officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 11 A.M until the time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
