Obituary

BOCK Sue Bock, age 83 of London, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by those she loved so much at 12:08am on Friday June 16, 2017. Raised on a beautiful farm, growing up tending to her kitties and cattle, she will be welcomed in heaven by her parents, Frank and Georgia Wolfe of Sabina and parents-in-law, Verner and Vesta Bock of London. Her twin boys, Mike and Russ Ramsden along with their families continue to carry on the Wolfe Farms family legacy by nurturing the land her parents so loved. By their side to do so much are Mike's wife Shelia, Russ's late wife Jacci and grandchildren; Frank with wife Amy, RJ Ramsden and Nena Ramsden. All with wonderful families of their own rearing six great grandchildren for Sue to love. Mason and Clayton Ramsden, Dalton and Taylor Wilmouth, and Kaytlyn and Kole Justice. Sue is also survived by her loving step children Galen Bock and Vikki Collins with husband Jeff. Both with beautiful children of their own, Christopher Bock, Michael Bock, Kyle Zurface and Amy Zurface. Amy is blessed to have three children. Galen often referred to Sue as a "saint", a term that so endeared her. Sue's beloved husband, LeVern Bock of 52 years and devoted daughter, Kim Bock will forever be indebted for the way she so gingerly cared for them with her heart and soul. LeVern and Kim promise to continue to make her proud as she guides them from above. After graduating college with her bachelor's degree in education, Sue followed her heart to shape the youth of the future by teaching second graders the importance of not only reading, writing and arithmetic but also that excess glue was not a brand. She spent her summers in her vegetable garden and worked until dusk tending to her extraordinary flower displays. Many cherished memories include trips to the pool, playing a card game of "spit" on the front porch, building Evil Kenevil ramps for motorcycle fun and endless shopping trips to malls across the country. Sue also leaves behind a sister, Rebecca Johnson along with her endearing family. Kit Kat and Lovey, her kitties, continue to peer through the porch door for their morning vittles. Sue Bock, teacher, wife, mother, mentor and best friend may be gone from our sight but forever in our hearts. We will "be alright." A heartfelt thank you to caregiver, Stephanie Washington, who loved her so and welcomed friend, Martina "cracker" Bernard for the smiles and scratch off lottery ticket winnings. The family will receive friends from 5pm - 8pm on Thursday June 22, 2017 at Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home, 103 N. Main Street London, Ohio. Service will be held at 1pm on Friday June 23, 2017 at Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home followed by graveside prayers at the Range Township Cemetery. The family welcomes you to stop by the family home following the graveside service. In memory of sweet, kind and gentle Sue Bock please keep in mind your favorite charity, the Jeffersonville United Methodist Church and Kindred Hospice.
