VORE Shirley A. Vore, 59, of London passed away unexpectedly at her home on Jan. 1, 2014. She was born on August 25, 1954 in Muncie Indiana to Rev. Earl and Iva Mae (Ringley) Vore who preceded her in death. Survivors include four sisters, Marge (Tom) Tangeman of St. Mary's, Ohio, Bev (Jack) Tidrow of Richmond, Indiana, Ginny (Tom) Briley of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Becky (Keith) Holton of Catawba, Ohio, and a brother, Phil (Martha) Vore of McAllen, Texas. Also surviving her are nieces and nephews: Brenda (David) Albert, Jason (Missy) Tangeman, Philip Vore, Derek (Jessica) Lewis, Toby (Angela) Briley, Robert Vore, Cheryl (Eric) Rieger, Sara (Jerry) Shaffer, Aimee Massie, Anna Holton and Allison Holton along with numerous great-nieces and nephews. Shirley is also survived by longtime and very special friend Peggy (Ben) Wildman of London. Shirley previously worked for over 30 years at National City Bank and most recently at Madison County Court House. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and vacationing on the beach. Shirley was also an accomplished singer and sang solos at numerous weddings. She also sang with her sisters at church with her mother accompanying on the piano. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She never met a stranger and was a loving and caring, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. Calling hours will be Sunday January 5th from 2pm-4pm and from 6pm-8pm at the Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home 103 N. Main St. London Oh, with funeral services held Monday January 6th at 11:30am with calling hours an hour before at the South Vienna United Church with Pastor Scott Griswald officiating.
