Shirley Lee Peyton, 69, of London, died Tuesday, May 4, 2022, in her residence.

Born October 10, 1952, in Columbus, she was a daughter of Albert and Rosie Lee (Sparks) Pruitt.

An avid Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan, Shirley had worked for the former Dial Corporation, Staples and Ronetti's Pizza.

Survivors include her sons Nathan (Heather) Peyton and Zackerey (Christina) Peyton; grandchildren Christian, Ashton, Justin, Casey, Brooke and Logan; great-grandchildren Lilly, Lennon, Sully, Braxton, Nevaeh, Kinsley and Giovanni; sister Mary Burke, many nieces and nephews, including special nephew Eugene Pruitt; best friend Nancy Rinehart and sister-in-law Donna Pruitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Earl (Dorothy) Pruitt, Albert Pruitt, Jr., James E. "Bud" (Ethel) Pruitt and Beulah M. (Charles) Swyers; brother-in-law George Burke and best friend Connie McCallister.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, May 9, 2022, in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of services Monday.
