LEONARD Sherry R. Leonard, 73, of West Jefferson, died Tuesday, February 14, 2023, in Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born March 21, 1949, in Columbus, she was a daughter of Robert and Charlotte (Byers) Wheeler. Sherry loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughter Birdie (Todd) Roberts; grandchildren Michael (Beth) Leonard, Coren (Brandon) McKay, Earl Braithwaite (Lexi), Hunter Braithwaite (Kylie), Kaylee Beauman and Connor Robert (Kayla); great-grandchildren J.R. Leonard, Kinsley Leonard, Sophia Roberts and Beau Braithwaite (coming in April, 2023); sisters Carroll Hammond, Susan (Bob) Stelzer, Rita Perry, brother Bill Wooten and numerous nieces and nephews. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, husband Russ Leonard; daughter Tina Beauman; sisters Judy Scott, Marilyn Harris, Charlene Livingston, brother Tom Smathers and nephew Tom Stelzer. A Celebration of Sherry's life will be held from 12 noon until 4 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in the Union Township Hall, 2250 St. Rt. 56 SW, London, Ohio 43140.
