Sherry Ann (Walton) Blake, age 54 of London, died unexpectedly at Madison Health on Sunday, May 4, 2025, following a valiant battle with diabetes. The cherished daughter of Ernest L. Walton and Ellenia K. (Grub) Walton, Sherry was born on March 8, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio.

Sherry held multiple positions throughout her lifetime, including JC Direct Mail, Ponderosa, and L Brands, all of which she enjoyed thoroughly. On May 23, 1992, Sherry married the love of her life, Joseph Allen Blake, and for the next almost 33 years they spent every day in bliss by one another's side. Strong in her faith, Sherry found peace in the First Church of God, where she was a devoted member. She enjoyed swimming, being in the sunshine, off-roading, and getting as much wind therapy as possible riding motorcycles with her husband. Together, they enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, and NASCAR races, and very rarely missed an event. Sherry was also a proud grandmother to her four beloved grandchildren, who quickly became her true joy. The love she so freely showered upon her family and those around her will forever serve as a testament to her truly irreplaceable and authentic self of which we will so dearly miss.

Left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Joe Blake; son Joey Blake; grandchildren Jaycee Blake, Kysen Blake, Sienna Turner, and Kamryn Turner; sister Sheila Hott; especially close aunt Rosie Walton, brother-in-law, Gus Blake; sister-in-law Carmel Blake; and nephew Josh Blake; several more aunts, uncles, and cousins; and dear friends Cindy Hayslip and Mick Parsley.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; brother Ernest Walton; grandmother Evelyn Walton; and special friend PJ Parsley.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th, 2025, from 10am to noon in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140. A funeral service to honor Sherry will begin at noon with Pastor Thomas William Gardner officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway.
