WHITE Sherman Cedric White, 53, of London died Saturday, August 20, 2016 in London. Born May 28, 1963 in Santa Ana, CA; he was a son of Ira Carl and Donna (Knott) White. An engineer with CSX for 22 years; Sherman was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Chuckery, Madison Memorial Post #105, American Legion and was in the Army Reserve for 14 years. Survivors include his wife of 22 years Val (Davenport) White; children Aaron Buchs, Ashlee Pence, Anthony White, Timothy Hughes, Brennan White, Jesse Hogan, DeWayne Thompson and multiple foster children; grandchildren Shelbi Buchs and KaMauri Pence; brother Lyle White, sister Tonya White several nieces and nephews; mother in law Belinda Davenport and mother Gloria White. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Friday, August 26, 2016 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Pastor Tim Woodruff officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday. Memorial contributions in Sherman's name may be made to the funeral home.
