Sharon Lee Crum, 79, of Pataskala, died Monday, February 5, 2024, in Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark.
Born February 3, 1945, in Blacklick, she was a daughter of William Daugherty and Nellie Frances (Crabbe) Daugherty.
Sharon went on to pursue a career in welding, where she worked for J-I-C for over 20 years. She married the love of her life, Oscar, on December 14, 1972, and they enjoyed 47 years together until his passing in 2019. Sharon was an avid bowler in her younger days. She enjoyed fishing, watching westerns, playing the lottery, and listening to country music. She was a big Buckeye and Reds fan. Also, she made the best peanut butter fudge around!
She leaves behind grandson Daniel (Brandy) Stinson; 4 stepchildren and their family. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husband Oscar Crum, daughter Cecelia Leann Knott.
Private interment will be completed at the convenience of the family.
