LOEPP Sarah Ann Loepp, 66, of South Solon died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Born July 30, 1947 in Williamston, South Carolina; she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Lusk) Boone. She is survived by children: Melissa, Michael and Malinda Culver; siblings, Ernie (Karen) Boone, Donald (Debbie) Parknow, Sue (Richard) Morgan, Robert Parknow, Edward Parknow and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters Mary Parknow and Janice Parknow. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
