FULTZ Sarah M. Fultz, 27, of London died, Sunday, February 15, 2015. Born July 27, 1987 in London; she was the daughter of Jackie (Carle) and Frank Fultz. Sarah was a 2006 graduate of Northeastern High School. Survivors include her son Elijah Grant and daughter Skylar Cline; father Frank Fultz; brother Joey (Nastassia) Fultz of Springfield; sister Megan (Aaron) King of Catawba; stepfather Billy Olinger of South Vienna; niece and nephew Nazaya and Noah Fultz; maternal grandfather Lee Roy and Evelyn Carle of Sebring, FL and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Jackie, Uncle Jimmy Carle, paternal grandparents Clarice and Frank Fultz.
