FANNON Sandra Sue Fannon, 69, of London died Friday, June 10, 2016 in West Jefferson. Born July 11, 1946 in Dayton; she was a daughter of William and Lillian (Byers) Bates. Survivors include her daughter Rhonda (Gary) Dawson, son Michael (Marlene) Fannon, sister Ruth Mance, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Fannon and sons Charles and James Fannon. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Pastor Thad Gifford officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Alton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon until time of services.
