HOWARD Russell Howard, Jr., 62, of Moraine, died Saturday, March 30, 2019. Born September 29, 1956 in Columbus; he was a son of Marjorie Ellen (Clark) and Russell Howard, Sr. Survivors include his brothers and sisters James E. Howard, Michael R. Howard, Thomas Edward Howard, Rose Rickman and Fannie Marie (Ken) Hastings; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and sister Bessie (Howard) Kennedy. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff of Pinnacle Point Nursing Home for their care. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 4, 2019 in Skidmore Cemetery, Skidmore, KY with Mr. Arnold Kimbler officiating. Following the service, family and friends are invited to remain at the cemetery's shelter house for food and fellowship. Please bring a covered dish. Memorials in Russell's name may be sent to the funeral home for the benefit of the family in assisting with finances.
