HOWARD Richard "Dickie" Howard, 68, of London; died Monday, May 8, 2017.Born March 21, 1949 in London; he was a son of John William and Rose Christina (Harris) Howard. A member of the First Baptist Church of London; Dickie enjoyed music, coloring and going to workshop.Survivors include his brothers and sisters John W. Howard, Deborah J. Lowery, David E. Howard, Christina Butts and Chuck Howard all of London; several nieces, nephews, cousins and caregiver and friend Sheryl Pemberton.He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ronald and Terry Howard. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, May 11, 2017 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London, OH. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, London.
