Reva Delida (Horsley) Skaggs, age 90, of London, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Madison Health.

Born on August 31, 1936, in Portsmouth, Ohio, Reva was a daughter of Willie Horsley and Roberta (Lee) Horsley. Reva had a long and dedicated career in banking, working for decades as a bank manager at PNC Bank where she was known by her colleagues and clients alike for her professionalism and strong financial acumen.

A strong woman of faith, Reva was a devout member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in London. An avid shopper, she had an eye for style and loved spending an afternoon hunting for the perfect gift or addition to her wardrobe – a favorite pastime she frequently shared with those she loved. Above all, Reva’s true joy was her family. She delighted in family time, gatherings spent together, and watching her children and grandchildren grow.

Left to cherish her memory include her children: Kelly Ryan, Cecilia Ryan, and Donovan “DJ” (Nita) Ryan; grandchildren Camron Ryan and Bradyn Maynard, all of London; sister Garnet Lee of Columbus; nephew Leslie (Tammy) Lee of Ashville, niece Terri Mullins of Columbus; great-niece Lori Gibbs of Columbus; first cousin Connie Moran of Chillicothe.

Reva was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Roberta; husband Paul Skaggs; sisters Jean Lykins and Lillian Gilliam; granddaughter Stacey Ryan.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, beginning at 3:00 PM in Somerford Township Cemetery, 830 State Route 56, London, Ohio 43140.
