STUTHARD

Ray H. Stuthard, Jr., 76, of London, died peacefully on Saturday, December 31, 2022, in his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Born May 11, 1946, in Columbus, he was a son of Ray H. and Alma (Gregg) Stuthard, Sr.

Ray was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a drummer in the band "Odds and Ends" with his cousin Gene as the lead singer. Ray had worked as an insurance agent, managed the former Lawson's in London, worked at Rockwell International before working and retiring from Amtekco.

He is survived by his children Brandy (Brion Wood) Stuthard-Wood of London, David (Millie) Stuthard of Stockport and Jeremy Stuthard of Malta; grandchildren Dylan Claar, Skyler Stuthard, Austin Stuthard, Conner Stuthard and Collin Stuthard; many cousins.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents, all of his aunts and uncles, and his cousin PFC Joseph Gene Gregg, who was KIA during the Vietnam War.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, beginning at 1 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, with Pastor Lee Stanley officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Kirkwood Cemetery, London. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from 5-8 PM.
