Rachel Marie Frantz, 38, of Marysville, died unexpectedly on January 28, 2022, at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.

Born February 11, 1983, she was a daughter of David Colbert and Pamela (Frantz) Bowens.

Rachel had worked as a manager for Arby's and was a member of the Crossroads Community Church in London.

She is survived by her mother Pamela Bowens and stepmother Sabrina Buettner both of London; father figure Gary Unrue of London; children Larissa Messer, Destiny Smith, and Kaleb Smith all of Marysville; sisters Rebekah Frantz of London, Bethany Frantz of West Liberty, and brother Zachrey Unrue of London; grandparents Kenneth and Evelyn Frantz of Medina; uncles Jeffrey Frantz and Ronald (Carmen) Frantz; nieces and nephews Jayvin Frantz, Jackxon Breckinridge, Brittney Turner, Sariah Feucht, Ellie Feucht; several cousins;; many very special friends including Brad and Katie Carpenter, and Molly Gruzs.

Rachel is preceded in death by her sister Evelyn Colbert; great-grandparents Olga Frantz, John (Evelyn) McCullough, and Emery Frantz; the love of her life Joshua Smith; and Larissa's father Larry "Shannan" Messer.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM in The Crossroads Community Church, 2262 State Route 56, London, with Pastor Thad Gifford officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Rachel's name be sent to the funeral home for the benevolence of the family.
