KELLY Phyllis Irene Kelly, 70, of West Jefferson, died Monday, October 30, 2017 in her residence. Born August 8, 1947 in Matewan, WV; she was a daughter of Otis and Ruth (Blevins) Davis.Phyllis retired from Core Molding in Columbus; was a member of the West Jefferson Freewill Baptist Church; was active in the Madison County Senior Center as well as the senior centers in West Jefferson and Hilliard and volunteered at the West Jefferson Food Pantry.Survivors include her children Roy (Pam) Kelly, Michael Kelly, Brett (Shelly) Kelly and Leslie Kelly; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Karen (Rick) Holden, Larry (Irene) Davis, Richard (Faye) Davis, Frieda Corney, Emma Wilson and Patty Field; numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers and sisters Julie Johnson, Bill Davis, James Davis, Roy Davis, Gayle Hammonds and Kathleen Walters. A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held at 6 PM Friday, November 10, 2017 in the Community Freewill Baptist Church, 130 Plain City-Georgesville RD, SE, Galloway, Ohio with Pastor Jerry Newman officiating.
