IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Paul Robert
Kitzmiller
April 8, 1942 – June 8, 2025
KITZMILLER
With great sorrow we announce the passing of Paul Robert Kitzmiller who stepped into his heavenly home on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of 83. Paul was born on April 8, 1942, in Canton, Ohio to loving parents Joseph C. Kitzmiller and Mildred E. (Delap) Kitzmiller.
Paul faced many setbacks in his life, but he took each challenge in stride with his sweet, little wife of 50 years, Natalie. Even after a stroke at the age of 31, Paul worked hard to overcome his odds. He had to create a stable foundation in which he could continue to raise his family. Paul worked at Owens Illinois as a foreman, then for the Kroger company, and continued to help run his Able Window Company. He took pride in his hard work. His strength and determination are part of his legacy that will be remembered; he inspired us all to do our best.
Paul enjoyed his retirement where he was able to spend time with his family, being able to relax together. He enjoyed watching football and napping. But he also loved long walks, dad jokes, and anything and everything his sweet Natalie cooked up or personally made for him. He did form his own regimented life, following the local news and weather but he would stop and take time for anyone in his family.
Left to cherish his memory include his adoring wife Natalie (nee Patapow) Kitzmiller; his children Julie (nee Fetterolf) Williamson, Kelly (nee Kelleher) Hanawalt, Kerry (nee Kitzmiller) (Charlie) Sutherland, Korry (nee Kitzmiller) (John) Sobolewski; daughter-in-law Gina Kitzmiller. His precious grandchildren: Lindsay (nee Williamson) Beltrone, Louis Beltrone, Johnny (Krystal) Kelleher, Elise (nee Kelleher) (Bob) Kirk, Nick (Jessica) Kelleher, Zac Sutherland, Heidi (nee Sutherland) (Reuben) Auck, Chase Sutherland, Jonah Kitzmiller, Jules Kitzmiller; great-grandchildren: Laken Joseph, Lane Jefferson, and Levi Jordan Beltrone, KK, Bella, and Jayden Schadle, Lillie Kirk, Vivien and Weston Kelleher, Olivia Sutherland, Emmett and Ruthie Auck. Paul also is survived by his sisters Jo Ann Welker and Eva (Ron) Reich; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Welker; his sons Jeffrey Fetterolf and Joseph P. Kitzmiller; and his son-in-law Ed Hanawalt.
A special thank you to the entire staff of London Health and Rehab Center, for 2 years of excellent, loving care, and to the visiting staff of ViaQuest Hospice for helping us through our dad's last days.
