BOERGER Patty A. Boerger, 62 of Chuckery, died Monday, February 17, 2014 in her residence following a hard fought battle with cancer. Born January 28, 1952 in Columbus; she was a daughter of Robert and Betty (Burgett) Morris. Patty was the sales manager at Starr Trophy in London for the past 26 years and was a faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chuckery where she had served on the Parochial School Board. A longtime Loving Care Hospice volunteer, finance committee member and board member, Patty was currently serving as president of the board. She also served as the St. Paul representative on the Thrivent board. Survivors include her husband of 40 years Dennis Boerger, daughter Ann Boerger of London and son Drew Boerger of Milford Center; her father in law Milton Boerger of London, sisters in law Debra Boerger of Medina and Dorene (Mark) Browning of London, a niece and nephew, step sisters Donna Sheridan, Shelby Nichols, step brother Mike (Sharon) Foreman and many dear and close friends. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Morris and mother Betty Foreman. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Chuckery with Reverend Paul Schlueter officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery.
