O'CONNOR Patrick R. "Pat" O'Connor, 79, of London died Saturday, August 12, 2017 in his residence.Born January 12, 1938 in Tama, IA; he was a son of the late John M. and Anna Mae (Burke) O'Connor.Pat moved to Washington CH at a young age, graduating from Washington High School in 1956. In 1972, he and his wife Carole opened O'Connor's Printing and Office Supply store in London. He had also been in the Army National Guard and owned and operated a fishing charter on Lake Erie for many years and was a member of Eagles Aerie #950 and former member of the Fayette County Harness Horse Association. Survivors include his wife of 59 years Carole Jean (Clark) O'Connor; son Kevin (Lori) O'Connor, daughter Jeanne (Brian) Davis; grandchildren Kendra Rennae (Zachery) O'Connor, Kylee Danielle Davis, Connor Robert Davis, Andrea (Joshua) John and Michael (Brittney) Hammons; great-grandchildren Klaira Isabel and Lucy Jayne Anderson, Brooklyn John, Payton, Noah, Jojo and Jax Hammons; brother Dennis (Sally) O'Connor; several nieces and nephews; best friends Al Carroll and Don Hartley.Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Father Mark Ghiloni officiating. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Thursday and from 10-11 Friday.
