HAWK Pamela K. (Wells) Hawk, 60 of Columbus; died Monday, February 1, 2016 in the Specialty Select Hospital, Columbus. Born March 25, 1955 in Columbus; she was a daughter of Leon and Maxine (Pruitt) Wells. Survivors include her son Shawn Hawk, daughter Chrissy (Mark) Gibson; grandchildren Kyle, Mikaela, Bryant, Zachary and Gabriel; brothers Gary Wells and Jeff (Cathy) Wells, nieces and nephews Michele, Heather, Justin, Jessie, Shane (Cassie) and Haley, several great nieces and great nephews, aunts and uncles Mary (Dick) Long, Raymond (Betty) Wells, Buford Pruitt, Lloyd (Bonnie) Pruitt, Rosemary Bateman and Diane (Steve) Ford, many cousins and close friend Melvina Sanders. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Tony Wells and Husband John Hawk. Services will be held at 1 PM Friday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 103 N. Main St, London. Interment will follow in Dennison Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of services.
