Nancy Blazer Elliott passed away Monday March 1 at 7:00 am in the Madison County Hospital London, Ohio.

Her health had been declining for sometime. Nancy also lost her beloved husband, Bruce just recently in October.

Nancy is survived by her children Chance & Karmyn Penn, Cascade Locks, Oregon, Erin Penn, Hermiston, Oregon, also two grandchildren, RockiRenee and Thorin McMurry. Bruce's children: Ron, Adam Elliott and Carla Baugess. Nancy is survived by one sister, Donald (Barbara) Harrington, Surprise, AZ.

She was predeceased by father, Thomas; mother Eva; and brother, Thomas E. Blazer.

Nancy graduated from Chillicothe High School in 1970. She studied and graduated from Ohio University in 1974. Nancy moved to Pendleton, Oregon working in the social work field for approximately 20 years. In 1999 she moved back to Ohio to be closer to family. She began employment with Madison County Job and Family Services retiring in 2010.

Nancy loved all kinds of music and watching videos. Nancy and Barbara traveled to Mexico several times for shopping and enjoying margaritas.

Following her wishes, there will be no services. Her final resting place will be at the convenience of the family.
