CALA

Michael William Cala, 42, originally from Chicago, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 31, 2022, in London, OH.

Michael was born December 13, 1979; the youngest of 3 children born to Walter R. and Linda L. (Golembiewski) Cala.  Michael was preceded in death by his father and his older sister, Michelle Cala.

He is survived by his mother, Linda; his daughter, Madison; his brother Richard; and his fiancée, Heather West and her son Joseph.

Michael was truly loved unconditionally by his family.  His sudden absence in all our lives has been devastating, and will be felt for many years to come.  His infectious laugh, carefree attitude, and innocent grin will be missed by everyone who ever knew him.

Michael shared a love of life and a passion for new experiences.  He recently chose a new career as a commercial OTR driver where he enjoyed meeting new people and traveling across the country.
