Mary (Austin) Howard, 88, of London, died May 30, 2023, in Laurels West, Columbus.

Born June 13, 1934, in Chillicothe, she was a daughter of Hobart and Grace (Keel) Austin.

Mary belonged to the Chillicothe Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children Perry Howard, Angela "Angie" (David) Jackson, Lawrence "Larry" (Robbin) Howard, Bryan Howard, Robyn (Brian) Napper and Andrea Howard; grandchildren Keri, Kelly, Toni, Nedra, April, Isaac, Brandy, Daniel, Robert II, Amanda, Bryan II, Nancy, Mary, Courtney, Darius, Lloyd "Doug" and Brook; many many great and great-great grandchildren; sisters Lovada Cousins, Lucille Lee, Nedra (Dana) Valentine; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Howard, son Anthony "Tony" Howard, daughters-in-law Karen Howard and Regina Howard; brothers Chester, Harold, Hobart, Russell and William; sisters Norma (Lewis) Smith and Christina Duncan; stepdaughter Nancy Howard Jackson.

Homegoing services for Mary will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 10, 2023, in the Fountain of Truth Ministries, 135 Maple Street, London, with Reverend Sandy Cunningham and Minister Lloyd "Doug" Jackson, II officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 11:00 AM until the time of services.
