Obituary

WILLIAMSON

With deep love and gratitude for a well lived life, we announce the passing of Margaret I. Williamson, age 80, who went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in the Hoover Haus, Grove City. Born on September 19, 1945, with a steadfast spirit and heart full of compassion, she devoted her life to caring for others, lifting spirits, and spreading joy wherever she went.

A dedicated health care aide for many of her later years, she poured her kindness into every life she touched. Early in her career, she proudly ran the Neil House dining room in Downtown, Columbus where she always bragged about meeting Red Skelton and lots of laughs with all her colleagues.   Later, she brought that same warmth to her work at the Grove City Country Club, greeting members and guests with her unmistakable smile and infectious laughter.

Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, Independent and strong-willed, she faced every season of life with humor, and a remarkable ability to brighten even the hardest days. Known for her wonderful personality and her gift of lifting others' spirits, she could bring a smile to anyone's face – often without saying a word.

Margaret leaves behind one son, Tom (Mary) Williamson; grandson Thomas (Elizabeth) Williamson and granddaughter Laci (Joe) Westover; great-grandchildren: Ava, Asher, Tripp II, and Levi; sister Shirley Puckett, brother Walter (Diane) Puckett; 16 nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Ruby Puckett.
