BIANCO Manuela Bianco, 50, of London died Tuesday, July 20, 2016 in her residence. Born December 18, 1965 in Merzig, Germany; she was a daughter of Ernst and Gerlinde (Schneider) Reinert. Manuela worked as a criminal intelligence analyst at BCI. An active advocate for pet rescue, she was engaged in many charitable causes. She had a genuine concern for fellow mankind and animals, as well as those who dedicate their lives to serving as first responders such as law officers, EMS, fire and our nation's military. Her family includes her devoted companion Will Jones, mother Gerlinde Reinert, sister Susanne (Peter) Hopf, brothers Andreas Reinert and Alexander (Anja) Reinert; nieces and nephews Annemarie, Stephan and Kristina Hopf and Max and Pauline Reinert, Uncle Fritz (Christa) Schneider, cousins Michael and Christian Schneider and beloved companions Zoe, Bella and T-Bone. Her father Ernst preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London with Vicki Germann officiating.
